Hey guys,

Upgraded to shorty headers, thought manifolds were cracked, but i just had REALLY blown out gaskets.

Stock 91 350 manifolds, some studs drilled out and had been using through-bolts. No cracks.

Also, stock y pipe, with o2 bung. Cut off about 2" forward of stock slip fitting before cat.

Going to post all of the above for $50, but really, if you need it, let me know, and we'll work something out. Mainfolds MAY be worth shipping, but probably not. Local pickup on y pipe.

Open for trades, offers....etc. Just trying to help someone out before it gets trashed!

Dammit. Bump for ya.

Wouldn't mind finding a decent shape Y pipe.

Come pick it up, its yours......haha

I paid like 225 to have my custom one built. So really, not a huge cost. Does the 6.2 have the same exhaust setup?

those factory manifolds are hard to find sometimes, especially a good passenger side
and aftermarket blows

Does that mean you want them? Paypal to [email protected] please :D

Never had ANY issues with the passenger side. It was the drivers side i had gasket problems with....go figure.

When I get my transporter beam setup I'll do that.
Then I'd zap all over the world seeing female friends of mine.

The 6.2L's exhaust manifolds exit in the exact spot as a SBC's. Smart of GM. All came from the factory with dual exhaust but all you need to make a single is a single kit, a SBC Y pipe, and the necessary pipe to link the Y pipe to the single kit.

Oh, and as far as the custom bent goes...what you take for granted out in Cali and I took for granted 10 years ago just isn't common here. You get west of the SouthWest and mandrel bent, welded, custom exhaust is VERY uncommon and always pricey when you can find it. I've actually had muffler shops I called not know what mandrel bending was.

normally it seems people have trouble with the rivets/ heat shield on the pass side. And sorry, I have a pair sitting in my garage, factory, good ones. You should weld the collector to your exhaust tips, you could have FOUR tips:waytogo:

No mandrel bends on fancy **** on mine.

Just regular old exhaust.

To the top, these are going to go in the garbage soon if no one wants them.

Most muffler shops do not have a mandrel bender. I'll bet if you called 200 muffler shops you'd be lucky if ONE of them had a mandrel bender.

Wasn't hard to find one that did in San Diego ten years ago.

Darren, before you decide to throw them away i'd take them for free to get them out of your way, you could trash the Y-pipe though as it is useless as tits on a board even for a stock truck IMO.

Scott,

Those manifolds are yours, ready for them to disappear out of my garage.

You coming out to the Good Guy's car show this weekend? I won't be around, but if you will be, I can leave them behind my fence or something.
