Or can you buy one already rebuilt? Some of the aftermarket ones i have seen don’t look original.
Check locally for a radio repair shop. In Denver there used to be a place called Downtown radio that did oem radio repairs. A quick Google search yielded a handful of results to check out where you could send it to.

You looking for a 2 post stereo? There are a number of manufacturers making retro style head units. Crutchfield has a good selection of them and many may be cheaper than rebuilding your old unit.
