Anyone know the length of stock u bolts for the rear or can measure for me?

First you need to say what kind of differential are you talking about (12-bolt/Dana 70/Corp-14-bolt)? For both a Dana-70 and Corporatio 14-bolt the stock length is about 8" for an 8 or 9 leaf spring pack.
tube size+thickness of pack+thickness of top plate+and nut with washer and few extra threads past top of nut = length. thats how any spring shop will make them.
