does anyone here run stockton steel wheels? I was leaning towards buying some eatons, then I came across the stockton wheels. I like the series 20 and 22, because they have the solid center section with no holes. I was wanting to see what they look like mounted, if anyone runs them and has pics, preferably in black? thanks.

At least a couple of folks on here have reported having LOTS of problems with wheels from them. /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif Perhaps one of them will see this thread and chime in...

I guess maybe that's why I haven't heard much about them then? anyone running them and actually like them?

i bought wheels from them, stock rallys 10 yrs ago.Never put them on because someone offered me more thasn what i paid for them. There an hour away from me,some of those wheels look pretty cool, but if harry says he caught it down wind they arent that good, i would settle for some eatons. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

yeah, I like the eatons too. that's probably what I'll end up getting, since it sounds like the stocktons are are no good....unless I can get some hummer rims on there fairly cheap. /forums/images/graemlins/thinking.gif

I bought a set of Eatons once, I didn't like them at all. I ordered white wheels. I got chrome wheels that were blems and then painted white. It looks like they were welded with a stick welder. 3 of them have the valve stem in the same spot, 1 is different. I ordered some "US Wheel" brand wheels from summit racing and they are nice wheels, I'm happy with them.

I have one but it is my spare. When I ordered it they had to make it cause it has 2.5" back spacing, it took 7 weeks to get and they charged me $120.00 for a bare wheel /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif I do have to say the quality of the wheel appears to be good.

My brother runs custom made Stockton wheels on his F550 and hasn't had any problems w/ them at all. They run true and are the exact specs that he ordered. I know that they weren't cheap, and he could have got them cheaper from the guy at Stazworks, but they seem to be fine. Here is a pic of the ones that he had made.
