Hey, lads. A friend of mine from a boating site I visit(www.clubsearay.com) had his Suburban stolen from in front of his house in Marysville, Washington on Saturday night. I'm asking you PNW guys to keep your eyes peeled for this rig:

2001 Chevy Suburban LS
Black with tinted windows all around
Factory running boards
Washington plate #A99576T

One very unique feature of this truck is a "SeaRay Owner's Club" sticker located on the truck. There are only about 150 of these in existence, and probably only half a dozen in the PNW. Here's a pic-

Let's see if the Brotherhood can't find this guy's truck for him. :thumb:

My heart skipped a beat for a second there thinking your dually had been stolen. :doah:

Jek, get on it. :p:

Hey Paul, I really appreciate the help. As you can imagine this really sucks. I am a huge and Loyal Chevy fan so it's nice to know there's a brotherhood out there that has the passion about our Trucks as Paul and I have in our boating forum.

I appreciate you guys keeping your eyes out.

Dude, I can't tell ya how bad I feel for you. I had a set of tires ripped off a number of years ago and the rage that followed was unbelievable. Total value was about $500, I can't imagine having something of that value stolen.

Best of luck to you. I'll keep my eyes open but I'm 1,000 miles away. :(

Thanks again.

It probably is going over-seas or is getting gently dismantled. But on the off chance that it was just a joy ride theft, I hope you get it back in good condition. I will keep an eye out in Anchorage. Sorry to hear when anyone gets jacked.

Sorry for your friends luck. Seems like I am hearing alot of this from Washington state.

Hey thanks again for the thoughts guys. It really is a pain. Luckily I had rental car on my coverage. 2 more weeks....to figure out what the outcome will be

The day this got posted up I saw a suburban that matched the description (minus the sticker but I couldn't see the rear) driving around town... I was ready to call the cops. But then I realized unless someone went to the trouble of flying it down here on a cargo plane... it wasn't the right one. :o

Sorry for your loss bro. :(

Hey hey hey.....Well the police called about 2 hours ago...and they found our Rig. All is well, no damage. Yeah they have a key, which I can take care of but, it's back and I appreciate all the well-wishes. It was two blocks north of our house and according to the neighbor that reported it, has been there since it was missing....A little joyride apparently.

No, I was tempted to leave it there and wait for them to come back, but it has apparently been there for 2 weeks, so I'm going to throw some video surveillance out front and catch anyone who plays with my stuff again.
Thanks again everyone for caring!

glad it was found! so nothing was mising from the interior or anything?

Consider yourself lucky. I had a blazer stolen about 6 or 7 years ago and watched it drive away (nothing i could do when i wasn't dressed at 2:45am and my other car was at my parents house). I was on the phone with the cops before the truck even drove away and it has NEVER been found to this day. So i know how you felt when it disappeared.

Nope she is all there and accounted for.:waytogo:

Really good to hear that it's not in pieces or anything. Congrats, hopefully nothing of yours gets messed with again.

Good news, Todd!!!! :woot:

Was there any damage at all? Or are you one of the lucky ones that gets their truck back without so much as a scratch?

Anyhow, thanks for the update. Hopefully you'll still come around and visit CK5 from time to time. :waytogo:
