way to be specific... most of us here have a stright rear axle from the factory what kind of truck do you have?

Well, I am assuming you don't have a humvee drivetrain, and ment IFS.

ORU (offroad unlimited) makes a bolt on kit for your rig. You will need to get x-over at the same time as the newer frame doesn't allow for push pull steering.
