I have no pictures but I have seen it when I cut one up.
I not that thick, and it will be hard to add to it, you would need to srrip the fiberglass on a little section and overlap the metal strip and then refiberglass.

Ah. I might just cut the top I have up and sleeve the inside with some tube or flat bar and bolt it together. I'm tired of looking at the top in general and may as well cut it up right?
