striker bolt torx size

what size torx bit is the striker bolt for the door? i need to replace mine and i don't have a torx driver that big. /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

I ran into the same thing about a year ago, I just took a pair of vise grips and clamped on to the outside portion and twisted it loose. I also found out that you can buy that pvc sleeve that rides on the striker from GM for about 50 cents each, I think they call it a silencer, it beats the crap out of buying new striker bolts if all your'e trying to do is get that tight closing door back that you used to have /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
