Stub shaft snap ring part number needed.

Anybody know the part number for the snap ring that goes on the stub shaft?

Can I just use any ol' snap ring that fits snug?

I figured out my other question so rather than clog up the garage with crap, I just edited it instead. I have looked through billavista's thread but I don't see the part # for the snap ring. It is like #72 or something on the break down but then the chart skips like 4 numbers including the one I need.

I found a part number on pirate but it was for a ford and it didn't make any sense to me.

The part number he came up with is Rotor Clip P/N SHR-131 which I can't find anywhere on the introweb.

Not sure what part that is but I don't think that is the one I need. My stub shaft measured about 1.23" where the snap ring goes. I may go to napa tomorrow and see if they can come up with anything. If not I will run up to the guys house that sold me the axle and see if he can at least loan me a set (if not give me a set). He has about a dozen one tons parted out sitting in his back yard.
