Stuck Bolt

I got some body work done not too long ago, and the shop that did it put the bolt that connects the "L" shaped support bracket behind the center of the grille to the grille/radiator support in crooked. Its in half way, and wont screw in or out. Ive tried to beat it in and pry it out with no luck, so how could i get it out? I dont have any fancy tools. The grill rattles and its really getting on my nerves. thanks.

Take it back. Tell whoever did it to fix it. Unless you had a buddy do it for you, they should take care of it for you.

I would take it back and tell them to fix it. If it is a reputable bodyshop they should take care of it.
