Well I picked up a truck a few months ago for the axles, drove in the yard and stripped it down. I went to start tearing the axle down , 14 BFF, and can not get the brakes to release. I have soaked the star adjust with PB Blaster and disengaged the level but can not get the adjust to move. I've now sc***ed myself because I could not leave it be and the adjuster is chewed up. What options do I have, I don't want to destroy the drums because a disc convertion is not in the budget at this time. Thank for any and all help.

Cut the pins that hold the shoes to the backing plate. You can get a chisle or something under em and hold the pin out, then you can cut it. I cut mine with a pair of linesman plyers.
