as you can see I am nearly giving this stuff away It is all OBO

Do you have an adapter for a 700R4 to NP208 to go with the 700R4? What kind of mileage is on the transmission? A friend of mine would be interested in it for his '81 K10 and has a NP208 already. PM me a phone # and I can have him call you. I'd probably be picking up the parts around christmas time and bringing them back when I head out to MN.

How does $100 for the 700R4 sound if its in working condition?

I have a adapter for a 205 t-case I might be able to find the 208 adapter I must have got ripped of because I just bought this 700r for five bills the tranny has about 65,000 on it runs great its still in my truck
it still needs the tail shaft bolt holes hella coiled

You said make an offer with no starting prices... I started at $100 thinking the tranny could be close to needing a rebuild, plus the damage on the tailhousing threads. Rebuilt 700's can be purchased for around $500-700 if you know where to look around Portland or you can rebuild them yourself for around $250-350 depending on what they need.

If its a strong runner I'd say a less than 1/2 of a rebuild cost due to the damage at the back is the top I'd pay for one, but I'm not the one looking though. Mainly trying to help a friend that could use one to replace a TH350 in an '81 K10. I'll see what he thinks and get back to you.
