Stupid ? Installing Front Drive Shaft w/ Double Cardon Joint

This may be a stupid question. I am installing the front drive shaft on my burb. It has a double cardon joint. Doesn't the double cardon go to the transfer case? That seems right but then my slip yoke would then be pointing up which seems incorrect.

That is the correct, way lube it up first!
