If just your locking hub is loose and not the whole wheel hub, I can't see how it would be a bearing problem. The only way you'd have a bearing problem is if you could grab onto the wheel while it's jacked up and by pushing in and pulling out on it, get the hub to move around on the spindle.
If just your locking hubs move a bit, don't worry about it. Mine do too. Try popping off the cover (by taking out the six bolts) and make sure you have two retaining clips holding the locking hub body in. One is a large outer retaining ring that goes on the inside diameter of the hub, the other is an external retaining ring that goes on the end of the axleshaft. If those are there, bolt it back up and go...these locking hubs are gonna have some play in them.
