Stupid parking/E-brake light...

On my 1991, the rubber button thing is on the distribution blocks just under the master cylinder.

Ahh. You have the infamous and much-maligned (in my opinion, rightfully so) real-wheel-only ABS ("RWABS") system. (Assuming this is a '91 K5 or Burb or other old, V- or R- body style truck. I donno about the new ones.)

Previous trucks had the combination valve down on the crossmember, but it's possible that the RWABS moved it up top.

To add detail ... the rubber nub covers a reset, if you will, which slides between the front and rear. They should both have pressure, and the slider only moves if the two sides are different. If it does pop, during bleeding or due to a leak or whatever, you push the slider back (it only travels a fraction of an inch).
