Stupidduty wheels?

Has anyone ever drilled out some alum. rims of a stupidduty to fit a 8-lug chevy? Reason I ask is I can get a GREAT deal on some.

Why do you have to drill them out? Are they a different 8lug pattern?

I thought 8 lug was all the same.....

ford 98 and up use 8 X 170mm lug pattern

also the ford stupid duty 8-170 is flat washer lugs only. easy spot if you are parts scrounging the yards.
