sub body swap

This month I hope to do a body swap , I have a 87 sub 3/4 t. 4x4 and a real nice body 89 sub 2x I plan to lift off one clean up the frame ,re do brake lines and install newer body, I already plan on changing the trany hump , does anyone have anything else that could be a problem.
