Sub Box Price

What is this worth, 2 10" mtx subs, about 2 yrs old. Custom box, sits on the ledge dehind a p/u seat. And the seat still goes all the way back. I pulled it out of my truck, and want to sell it, But all I want to know right now is, What would this be worth? This is not a for sale ad, so please keep it that way so it doesn't get moved.

1/2 retail per sub if its in good shape ( clean ) , and look on ebay for what boxes go .

We really have no way to say what its worth specifically. Pauly's estimate is the only sort of answer you'll get.

1) You said it yourself, its a 'custom' box made to sit on a shelf behind the seat. Well logic states this means only someone owning the same truck (you didnt mention) would be interested in it.

2) You have not told us which MTX subs those even are. MTX makes alot of subs, several with that cone iirc, and it does not state the model on your cones. So how can we possibly even guess to their value?

3) Values on stuff like this tends to be 'what ever the market will bare'... in other words simply whatever the seller can get. I wouldn't be surprised if you had a buddy offer you several hundred for it, or if you ended up having to let it go for 50 bucks. Your situation, your selling skills, and your interest in getting maximum profit will all dictate value much more than any guess we could make here.

I'd just list it high everyday on craiglist and eventually come down until it sells. Good Luck.
