Sub on Blazer frame

May be able to get a Sub body. I have a fullsize Blazer frame. Can a person cut the Sub off behind the back doors and make it fit on a Blazer frame.Sounds crazy, but hey use what you got and thats free. Pics if it has been done would be cool.

Anything can be done, but lots of the dimensions are different, so it would be rather difficult rear of the firewall.

Find a cheap blazer tub, sell your burb. Yes, its free as is....but your time has got to be worth something.

i think you'd end up cuttin the rear wheel wells into the rear doors...

Just going to have to take a few measurments. Just want to think outside the box a little bit.

You could stretch the K5 frame and use the whole Suburban body..but,it would be a massive undertaking to do,so would ANY body swap though!..if the Burb is a 2wd you could use the K5's parts to make it a 4x4 too..

of course if you stretch the k5 frame to fit the burb, you are back to the burbs wheelbase as there is not much space from the rear door to the wheel well as it is.

Maybe just find a beat up tahoe or yukon and do a sas...
