Hi all,

Anyone have experience removing and reinstalling a window in a suburban barn door?

I have the opportunity to buy a door shell at a good price but need to put in a window. Is this something I can do myself?

Thanks

Can someone tell me the procedure (or point me to a link that would have it)?

Really is no said procedure. You have to remove what is call the cord around the center of the window seal. It's held in with a black or chrome clip depending on your trim package on the vehicle. Remove that cord, then work the window and seal out from the inside. When you go to put the new in, get all surfaces wet with soapy water, will help with pushing everything back together. Just reinstall in reverse order.
