Suburban/crew cab vent shades

Been a few years since I put them on the crew cab but for obvious reasons I need to replace them. I was wonder if the set came with all four pieces for the crew cab (I can’t remember).
Also does anyone have a source as I also can’t find much on the interwebs these days.
