It looks a lot better now!

I will need to do some trimming of the front fenders. It is strange, the drivers side is a closer fit, especially in the front. Saggy spring on that side or axel a little further foward?

It does not rub unless I go over a bump (even small ones) while turning. Obviously I need to trim a little, but how much? What looks the best, just notching out a little or straight across. I draw stick figures and artistic work is bad for me. I guess I need to do some searchs.

Here are some lame pictures of almost rub. These are at almost full turn (it would not stay turned to the hilt when I exited to take pictures).

well, here's one way to solve it! :wink1:

trim the fenders, and then cut 4-6 inches off the bottom of the body. :D i run the exact same tire/wheel set up. kicks serious ass... particularly when paired with the detroit. i've got 20K on mine, and htey show nearly no wear. i rotate my 5th in, and have them balanced/rotated every 3k or so. i run them at 35-40psi.

thanks for the chops (pun inteaded) :D

I am not sure if I want to be that aggressive though. I originally wanted no trimming, but i would not be adverse to a little. I am pretty sure the rear is ok with out trimming.

I do like how yours looks though. So you cut all the way under your doors, front to back and then replaced with rocksliders?

yup. we cut 1" below the bottom door hinge. i'm hopefully replacing the body later this year tho, with a rust free tub, and i won't go quite as high because you can't do the quick release door hinge... but then i'm also considering permanently doing away with doors and doing soft doors instead. hmmmm....
