I started this project with a full tank and never reading the instructions. That’s on me.
Before I mess this up, there’s four threaded pucks and one style bushing I have never seen before.

Is the rubber just slipped into the hole like a grommet?
There’s no fastener on the top side so that’s cool. Is there anything really holding it there? When I did read the instructions, it’s still not there.
It’s probably so simple once I get to it I bet.

Some pro tips would be nice. Carriage bolts would be nice for the ones in the bed floor but I’m not going to the hardware store now.

My 77 the middle pucks just sat in place. Didn't add a body lift so not sure how those pucks are secured

Interesting. That must be a Sub thing, my 91 Blazer didn’t have anything like that.

Yea they are under the bed floor. I got em done, I just had to thread four pucks to replace the crooked ones. Only had a bolt with sliced in it, not a real tap. Installing those crooked ones would piss me off forever.

It’s pretty Hokey Pokey but they just are supports, not actually through bolted. It looked plastic under the dirt so I was being a little cautious but they are rubber. It was only like a 3/8 hole in the isolator so I bored it out for the big ass bolt to pass through with a light press fit. The front core support bolts should have been 5.5” instead of 6”. Happened on the crew cab but forgot about it. The bed bolts should have been carriage bolts but thankfully I have kids to hold wrenches. Definitely a two person job because of that.
