Suburban rear door regulator reinstall problem

I needed to replace a rear door window motor. Got it apart back in , when I put all 3 rollers in the window tracks I can't get the regulator to realign with the 2 stud holes or the lower holes for the 2 bolts.
Anybody know what I'm missing here ? Been fooling with this thing all day now. I appreciate any help . I've watched every YouTube video I could find not much on suburban or 3+3 rear doors
