Suburban Rear Side Glass

The glass on the rear passenger side window of my burb has a couple of cracks in it. Its not leaking, but I don't want to just leave it alone. Does anyone know if someone makes the rear side windows for a burb that slide like the K5 windows? The more they open the better. Thanks!!!

Found them on their site. Thanks! But, $450 for the set, plus new window rubber and trim? Spendy. Gotta start saving I guess.
