Hey all,

I installed a 4" Superlift on my 1991 V1500 last October and it has already sagged out in the back quite a bit. Has anyone solved this issue with load assist shocks or anything?
 
So I busted out the tape measure last night and checked the frame in front of the rear tires and behind the front tires and found that the heights are the same. I then measured the wheel wells (ground to top of wheel well opening) and noticed they are 4" different. I think the difference in opening heights is what is making me think the back is lower.
 
Yeah the fenders are different. Mine was actually sagging because I've still got the stock rear springs. I put a DIY4X ez inch on the rear of mine.

As with everyone else I used a zero rate to slightly lift the rear on my blazer. I like the slight front rake it gives the truck. It also helps keep the truck more level if you have a load in the back of it.
 
The fender cut difference is like 2" on a K5. I think a Sub is similar, but the frame is arched up higher in the front than in the rear, which accounts for 4" difference front to back. Personally, I think setting the body line completely level still results in a saggy look, so I like to split the difference, so the body line is 1" higher in the back, but the fender opening is 1" lower. You need something so it won't look super saggy once you load up all the gear and family or hook up a trailer.
