Somebody put some time into that thing.

Ahh......wow. If it wasn't so beat up looking I might actually like it. Is that just too redneck of me? :D

I think I woulda kept all 4 doors, then lift it. Maybe keep the fuel tank in it with a pump and switch, Add clear lenses on the front set of taillights for area lighting. The possibilities are endless.

i kinda like it! agreed, if it wasnt as beat up itd be sweet. pretty smart to have the tail gate in rear and barn doors up front.

I was thinking of doing the same thing but with barn doors at both ends. Its really cool to actually see it. And I was thinking of using the fuel tank as an auxillary tank as mentioned above.

Yeah, the barn doors just seem ... more useful, though occasionally it's nice to have a place to sit, which the tailgate provides. (But I think that's outweight by having to drag stuff across it every time.)

As for the doors, the front doors are not so efficient for storage because of their shape. Now, a pair of the rear-style doors on each side... that would RAWK. It would mean some serious sheetmetal work, though, at which point you're talking about a trailer version of the Armbruster/Stageway limos...

Naw, I think the one door on each side and the barndoors on each end would be awsome. There would be almost nothing you couldn't reach once it was put in the trailer. As for the place to sit, I always just sit just inside the rear doors on my burb anyway so no problem there. Plus the one I have in mind to cut has a roof rack to use as well for more storage.

The one I'm talking about, they just removed the front clip and vee'ed the frame. Kept the windshield and the firewall.
