Barn doors were an option on any given truck, so that's not a limiting factor.

Sticks in general were rare, but they were made.

I don't know the numbers, but most Blazers and Burbs were fully loaded, air conditioning, automatic, all the goodies. It's the same thing today -- the dealers stock trucks with all the bells and whistles, as they make more money on them. Some dealers will let you special-order a truck with a stick, rubber floor mats instead of carpet, etc... but then you have to wait, and they're not really motivated to do so as they make less money.

And lots and lots of C20's had the 454, and there were lots of C20 Burbs, so sure, such a truck could exist.

As mentioned, pick the model year in question from the Brochures page (hey! I'm famous! ;) ) and you can see the options list, including the barn doors, and the power train options, including the stick.

The 1980 brochure show all engines avail with manual or auto.

To me that means it is possible. A tougher one would be the K20 with 454 and manual trans:D

Umm, a tougher one is the K20 with a 454 period ... IIRC, the only way to get a Burb with a bigblock was a C/20; the 4WD's only had a 350 (or diesel.)
