Welcome to the club sir... Here you will find all the information you could possibly want to find about Blazers, and some other Cheby products too... there are a handful of vendors who custom fab stuff just for Blazers, and there are general vendors who make stuff for 4 wheeling in general.
First thing we need though is your Truck's Specs.... I am going to assume that you have a 350 and some sort of automatic tranny, likely a TH350 just because of the year. I'll also assume 10 bolt axles front and rear, 6 lug 15 inch wheels, and 31 inch rubber currently. Stock quad shocks, and possibly a steering stabilizer depending on what problems it had before you got it...
Most people here start out simple with larger tires and a lift... of course, 10 bolt axles are not made for rock crawling, although many people do use them to this day for everything from mountain climbing to mudding. An upgrade to 14bolt Full Float in the rear, a Dana 60 in the front, 8 Lug wheels, rear disk brakes, and 35" tires with a 4 inch rear and 6 inch front Tough Country lift, rear Shackle Flip and 2 inch body lift should do you just fine... That will make your truck ride level, give you tons of articulation, and won't break your bank account... should be able to do everything mentioned for about $3000 including new tires and rims... but some people will disagree with me due to your location, or the going price of something in my list of upgrades. =)
