I'm considering about buying a summit quadrajet. Are these any good? Are they easy to install? Will they work in conjunction with all the emission stuff in a 1984 GMC K1500? Any help is appreciated.

A waste of money , buying one there . You can get a better quality rebuild for less elsewhere .
