Super slow windows, and ebay parts

Alright guys, all 3 power windows in my k5 are extremly slow, and most of the time require a little motivation.
Ebay has replacment motors for $14 per side, which sounds too good to be true. Does anyone have and expirience with these?
Also, are the factory motors rivited in?

I went back to manuals. Even with the tracks and channels well lubed, they are still slow. And yes, they are riveted in , no biggie just drill the heads off.
If I where you make sure the tracks are in good shape, if your motors are working, new ones arn't much faster.

I bought the E-Bay motor for my drivers side, and it needs help also. I replaced all the weather stripping and guides and it's still slow.

Word. Looks like I need some relays as well. My passenger side window is 5x's slower than my driver side.

****, my rear window doesn't even go up.
