I have 39.5-15-15 bias tsl tires, i think they are good and durable although when the truck sits they will shake your teeth out till they warm up. If driven everyday they are fine, they even balanced pretty good.

I would be interested to hear what kind of DD mileage people get out of them.

I DD'd a set of 44" tsl's for about 4 months 30 miles round trip to work 5 days a week

18 PSI on a bigblock k30 they were about half gone when I parked it and started driving my blue truck again

I run 13.38.16's and the wheel great. Not the best for road, but thats not what it is being built for. :D

Had a set of 38" tsl radials. Managed 15k on them and they were close to dead at that point. But I also only made it to 3k:D miles on a bran new set of 41 inch iroks.. depends on your driving

edit.. just realized it cost me 56 cent per mile on those iroks!

Is that with gas/insurance added in?:eek1:

no..

thats another 30 cents at best... being 10mpg If I was lucky...more like 5mpg being you have to be spinning them to waste them in 3k..

so 56 cents.. plus 30-60 cents for fuel per mile.. have averaged 1000 miles for the last few.. so the trans is another dollar per mile.. plus what ever ins breaks down too..

so just under 2.00 per mile:eek1::doah:

so all in all good on the trail/bush BAD on the road. Maby i should take a look at another tire. Im not a rich mann LOL. I drive my truck to and from work as well as to and from my favorite huntin/wheeling spots and my rear diff has a detroit locker soo im thinking im going to chew them tires apart real quick...am i wrong?

If the primary use is on the road I would not get them.

how about the mickey thompson baja claws

I have not been impressed with them on the road or trail.

It sucks because the 37" MT/R used to be a great bargain for a trail/road truck, then they got expensive. Now it seems like the bigger tires are either relatively inexpensive and sucks on the road (anything interco makes) or is good at both and super expensive (BFG, Goodyear, Pitbull, etc.).

for wheelin I love tsl bias ply's. They're fairly cheap and work well. Daily driver I wouldn't run them. Mine drive like **** when I air em up. I usually drive to the trails aired down.

anyone run the TSL radials??

I would love to buy another set of toyo mt's but im looking at over $2400$ canadian for a set of 37's

I ran the 37x12.50 SSR's and loved them. They were a great dual purpose Swamper. I had over 15k miles on mine when I sold them and they still had 40% tread left. Not as good as a Bias TSL off road, but they work good in most terrain, and they are not bad on the street.
