Supercharger Identification

Friend of a friend who works at a junk yard has this for sale for $450. Supposedly came off a 2003-2006 Cadillac truck. I'm assuming this is for an lq4 or lq9 but want to figure out what brand it is and if it will adapt to my 2001 lm7 5.3l

Trying to make this part number stand out better with image processing

Ok, yes, I found the one part number in one of the photos, 12591186. From a 2006-2009 Cadillac sts-v 4.4l northstar v8. Think someone swapped that into the Cadillac truck or was that some kind of factory option for those year escalades? Thinking this would be completely different from the 5.3l in pretty much everyway and could not be retrofitted. Thoughts?
