any suggestions on what to use to lift the truck high enough to do a 6" lift and 3/4 ton axle swap? Figure it is gonna have to be up there I got a set of real nice heavy duty jackstands but the are only like 24" high and I have to have them on the frame not suspesnion so can I just put Cinder Blocks under them?

for my 3/4 swap I just used a wood block on the jack under each axle to get the truck high enough. Then I used a cement block like they use under the supports for a deck flipped upside down and the jackstand on that. Gave me more than enough height to do what i needed. Hope that helps

Please dont use cinder blocks, the will crumble under enough weight. To get mine off the ground to move my shackle mount i went and bought a 10ft. peice of 2x10 wood. Cut them into foot long peices. nailed 1 on top of another. Then put 2 sets next to eachother for a wide base. This will not crumble, is sturdy, and can be used for many other uses as i have found out.
