I think Im almost ready to order!! plus a friend of mine has a matching set of 3/4 ton axles 4.10 I believe for $400 so I wont have to regear anything just yet yay!!

I just might buy another membership to CK5 too while im at it.

Neither! The B52s give you about 4" of lift with stock springs, from what I've heard on here. So, I would say either stock 52s front and rear with 6" shackles and a rear shackle flip OR 4" lift 47" springs up front with all the rest the same. That would make for about 5" lift either way. Keep in mind that a B52 swap requires a crossover steering setup, because it moves the axle forward. Although, I DO recommend the B52 brackets even if you run stock length front springs, ever since I broke my stock body mounts and spring hanger.:doah:
Also, is this a Blazer, 'burb, SB, LB, what?

That really blows I wasn't thinking that the crossover steering was needed because it didn't say anything about it. I was under the impression that the B52 Kit didn't add any lift according to a review on DIY4X. As for the B52 kit all those locations on the B52 plate with a 52" spring will still move it forward? Well I thought I was close but I don't have the coin to do up a 44 axle with crossover steering when im going to swap a 60 in there eventually anyway.

"The buzz around the GM Community is that the 52’s would give me 4" of lift. With my four leaf pack, I had nearly a stock spring height."

Never done it myself, but stock rear 52's have a similar arch to a front 4 inch lift spring. I don't see how it would be possible for the height to be comparable to stock.

I have also been looking into the b52 swap but was unaware that it required the use of a crossover steering setup.Another question not meant to be a hijack...Unable to find any info on anyone running stock 56" rears on the front.Wouldn't this allow you to change axle location based on the direction that you faced the springs and also allow you to leave the frame shackle mount in its original location?

The short end of a 56 is still the same length as either end of a 52. From what I've read, 56's usually aren't needed since the 52's flex so well.

A few guys on here have done 56" fronts, but I believe they moved the shackle mounts to keep them in a nearly stock position. Normally, guys seem to move the forward mount of the 52 far enough to use the stock shackle location with a longer shackle. I agree that a stock 52 is NOT going to be stock height for the front. My Blazer stock fronts have a negative arch in them with the truck on them. 1/2 ton rears on the front of a 3/4 ton truck might not give much lift, and maybe that's where that came from. 3/4 tons sit a little higher from the factory. I'm just trying to throw in what I found when I was considering the B52 swap on mine. You can always e-mail Kert at DIY4X or PM him on here or even ask in the vendor section. (he is Cybrfire).
