in holland there arent much parts for sale
i want too put 38 superswampers on my truck
what kind of liftkit should i use and what does it cost in the usa??
is there anyone ho can areange the shipping too holland??
:confused::confused:
thanks and greetings from holland:bow:

Well, there are deciding factors on lifts but the biggest question is "how much do you want to spend".

Next big question I always ask is if you want replacement rear springs, blocks or a shackle flip.

I can try and help with whatever you need but would need info on the shipping to Holland part. Is it easy? Who do we use? I'd guess USPS. I've shipped lift parts thru USPS before, so I have some experience there.

what is the best lift replacement blocks ore shackle flip?
what is a shackle flip never heart of it
the only one i know is ups for shipping
how much do i have too spend for a good liftkit?

A shackle flip takes your existing shackle and flips it to where it is above the shackle which can create anywhere from 2'' to 4" lift.

Blocks would be easier but down the road you are going to want to get rid of them so i would do it right the first time.

so a shackle flip is much better but there is told me i need 8 inch lift otherwise the 38 superswampers wont fit i can geth in holland a 2 inch body liftkit what is a right price for a shackle flip
thanks

A shackle flip is not necessarily better for you. It all depends on what the intended use of the rig is.

If it were me lifting 8", I'd do it like this:

1" body lift
6" front springs on 1" zero-rates.
4" shackle flip.
2" rear springs on 1" zero-rate to fix the saggy butt syndrome.

If your rear springs are in good condition, just get the 2" longer HD rear shackles instead of the 2" rear springs. The shackles are much cheaper than the springs.

Steering correction depends on the intended use of the rig and what front axle it has.
If you're gonna do street driving, the stock type front-to-rear draglink system will work fine but to compensate the 7" suspension lift, get a 4" raised steering arm and a 1.5" drop pitman arm.

If you want to do crossover steering, that gets a little more involved and expensive.

You can look anywhere from $1000 to $1500 by the time you settle down with nice name brand parts and shocks.
