i have a harbor freight version of the ammo can and wanted a way to keep stuff from walking so i got one from swag off road to hold it down (link below)

has anyone had one?

I would silicon where they tell you to drill into the can

I am going to enlarge the hole where the lock piece goes through cause it’s a bitch to get closed and worse to get opened

I took and drilled two holes in rear of roll bar and put 2 3/8 but Crete in and used button head bolts to bolt to the bar.


Well it’s there and pretty stable .
if it moves I can add a butcher to the side of the roll bar and strap the under side of the holder with strap steel

Bolts I used the size of the nut cert and this tool will do m10 but certainly!

I just ordered 1 50 cal bracket, I saw them at KOH 2015 they had $100.00 price on bracket then. I may order the JD2 hydraulic cyl mount if I do I'll be sure to say CK5 sent me.

I run one in my truck. I love it. Not cheap, but to have the thing secure and easy to dismount has been great.

I would have mounted there but roll bar in the way

If I don’t like I will move it and plug weld the holes I made in roll bar
