Swapping some 1-tons in, finishing up tomorrow. Got the front in, all bolts are loose, should wrap that up tomorrow. Used a set of '94 K3500 brake lines on the advice of a local Jeeper pal... 22+" long, and cheap, but they orient the brake line horizontally, so we'll see how much of that line I can actually use. I have a feeling I will have to go longer.

Anyway. Doing a shackle flip in the rear, so I shouldn't need a new driveshaft, or will I need to get it lengthened some? And what about U-joints? Neither of the axles have straps on them right now, so I'll need those too... And what about the brake line? I've got front disc rubber lines on the calipers, just not sure what I'm doing for the centered rubber line, and I'm making some new hard lines across the axle.

Anyone got any useful part numbers that would save me time and energy tomorrow? I am very appreciative of any that appear.

Conversion joints for rear:

The Napa PN 447 is a 1330-1350 combo used in going from a 10 bolt to a 14 bolt.
The Napa PN 348 is a 1310-1350 combo used when going from 12 bolt to 14 bolt.

I can't see any posts on a conversion for the D60 front, but there may not be one.

Driveshaft you aren't going to know until you get it in, and then see where it ends up. Some don't need it changed, others do.

For nearly any part number you need:

If you run into any trouble or need any help, pop me a PM. I should be around town all weekend.

if you need a 1310-1350 u-joint, i have one that is basically brand new. i was on my truck for about a week. i only used it to drive the truck home from the shop after swapping axles
