Swap guts from 241c driver drop to passenger drop?

Just curious. Ran across a 241c with a fixed yoke but it's a driver's side drop. I assume its from a later model truck/suburban. Is it possible to take the shaft (with joint) and install into my existing passenger drop t-case?

Kinda like a "cheap" SYE kit??!?

They don't interchange, and that's still a slip yoke on the back of the t-case, just with the driveshaft part still stuck on it.

Makes sense now, my bad. probably just a plug to hold the tcase oil in....
