Im Swapping Out My 12 Bolt For A Sf 14 Bolt In The Rear, I Measured The Distance Between The Spring Perches And It Looks Like The Perches On The 14 Bolt Need To Come In An Inch Or So, My Question Is: Should I Reweld The New Spring Perches So That It Angles My Pinion Upwards? And If So, How Much Should I Angle It Upwards By? Any Help Would Be Much App.

Your pinion angle is determined by the type of driveshaft you have and what angle your t-case output shaft is at.

CV shaft - Set the pinion so it is 1 degree down from pointing directly to the t-case.

2 regular u-joints - the pinion angle must be within 3 degrees of your t-case output shaft angle.

Get a cheap angle finder from Lowes, Home Depot, or Harbor Freight etc... http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/ctaf/Displayitem.taf?itemnumber=34214
