I'm about to take a less rusty body and swap it for my rusted out one. I'm also swapping the engines. Same exact year vehicles. Are there any hints or suggestions of critical things to watch out for that will save me time and money? What are the worst parts of the job? I'm concerned about the following: gas tank disconnect/reconnect w/o ruining hoses; the change of automatic (new body) to manual frame/tranny; Wiring concerns ( I want to use wiring from new body since recently replaced);
I also have TONS of extra parts on and off the truck. Anyone in northern CA needing anything?
