possible to change out.... i was laying under my truck today installing new front leafs... and noticed my STOCK bushings for my sway bar cracked and crumbling... can i replace those and how hard might it be?

Pretty easy with a press. Else you'll have to drill/chisel them out. Urethane replacements from ORD/energy suspension are nice for on road driving.

Save your money and ditch the sway bar completely. That's what i HAD to do when i swapped in my D60 with crossover steering. :thumb: No issues and that's been like 5 years ago.

Agreed if you have stiff springs and an SBC up front. I'm running a BBC with soft springs so I feel a lot more comfortable running a sway bar on the street. I just disconnect when off road.

Now if/when I go crossover I'll likely ditch the bar.

Do it now, one less step in the future. Besides, it's a giant pain to get it to line back up after you remove it.

x-over steering would be a waste right now... ima wait till i start doing serious off roading and i have a second car to haul my arsh around XD

So you saying it will ride better with OUT the sway bar?(stiff springs and a SBC)

Also If....IF I dont like it,Its real hard to put back on?
