Let's talk a little about the front sway bar.
I have an eight inch lift on my blazer, and the ORD sway bar quick disconect. And I was wondering is do those of you running 8 inches of lift keep your sway bars?
Looking at mine, its angled down quite a bit. I saw a sway bar drop bracket for my blazer once, and I was wondering if I should get it?
Or should I just un-hook the sway bar? And for those of you not running a sway bar, how are its manners on the road, because right now while I finish up college my blazer sees 99% street, as I don't have the time or money to risk braking somthing
Offroad at this time.

I have 4'' of lift , no sway bar with soft front springs. The difference is noticable but still well mannered. Little sketchy with quick manuevers and strong cross winds. Stiffer springs would make a difference. Drive without and make your dicision.

if you have an 8" lift kit...simply bolted in...then you would be fine to go without the sway bar. those springs wont flex enough to cause issues w/o a swaybar. I had a 6" kit and it did not drive any dif with or w/o the bar.

I have 4 " Tuff Country HD's and ditched the sway bar and never looked back. Drives the same with or without.

4" superlift springs, big block, threw that sway bar away and never looked back.

I agree, throw it in the dumpster!!

Nothing that hasn't already been said... I used to run 8" Superlift springs and I ditched it. Those suckers were so stiff you couldn't tell a bit of difference.
