I've recently had to completely disassemble and grease the disconnect kit after several years of use. The assembly would bind up completely when torqued to spec. It might be a nice convenience item to offer barrel drilled bolts with zerk fittings so they can be lubed in service.

I need to agree with this one. I've run across a couple of these that were rusted solid.

Fixed. Apparantly the PO assembled the disconnects dry. I've lubed them up and have drilled them for a zerk fitting. The latter appears to be very straightforward provided the swaybar movement is taken into account. I've positioned the zerk towards the rear of the vehicle so it can not interfere with the swaybar.
