UPDATE: I can go as low as 375 for this if anyone is interested.

Hey all,
I have decided to change the style of rear bumper I have and try to squeeze as much clearance as possible out of a new one. I can cut this one up and re-use most of the metal for my new design but I figured someone might want it as is before I hack it up.

Note: The frame does have to be trimmed a bit to get it as tucked as it is and there is a pic of that (obviously you don't have to make the cut as jagged as I did, I was having issues with a new plasma cutter, hahaha).

Basically, its a drivers side SWING DOWN for the tire and a passenger side SWING OUT for fuel/water cans. I put the tire as far to the drivers side as I could to impede vision the least amount possible.

The frame mounts are 1/4 inch steel plate, main body is 2x4x.187, swing down tubes are 1.75 x .120 and the fuel can area is 1x1 and I can't remember the thickness.

This bumper has taken LOADS of abuse and been dragged over numerous rocks and is in great shape aside from needing a few paint touch ups. The fuel swing out rides on an AtoZ fab tire carrier spindle kit and the swing down mounts are isolated with suspension bushings so you don't get any rattling. It works by pulling the two pins in the top mounts to let it swing down. The plate the tire bolts to is also dual pattern. I have it setup for 6 lug but you could easily change the stud locations for 8 lug.

I can get lots more pics and answer any questions about it. Thinking 500 bucks is a pretty good deal but open to reasonable offers.

I am in SoCal so hopefully this can be a local deal. I can take it apart and try to ship it but I am betting it would be pretty expensive.

PM me if you have questions or want to see more pictures.

Update, I just looked into shipping this to texas and that size makes it crazy expensive so this will have to be a pretty local deal. I could drive in a 100 mile radius of Tustin to meet people somewhere as well if anyone is interested.

how about breaking it down into seperate boxes? any luck on that yet :D

btw its Doyle

If anyone is interested in this I am willing to go as low as 375 for it. Trying to ship it is not looking good so otherwise I'll just chop it up and use the metal for the new bumper.

What did you use as the disconnect bolts for the top hinges on the swing down tire?

if you get a chance to take some closer pic of it that would be great because I am in the process of building the same thing. if you could pm me that would be great if not good deal for some one close to you and all the way across the country
