Hey all,

I switch to a heated 3 wire O2 sensor and was wondering if I should disconnect the battery and let the ECM reset that short term memory I've read about. I think it was one of Scott's post that I read about some temp memory being lost when the ECM loses power.

No need in my opinion. The O2 sensor is a constantly changing devise - there is no memory of the O2 sensor readings in the PCM.

only memory there is when it faults, the codes are stored until you unhook the battery, unhook it for a bit, clears the codes, run it.
