Yeah! Just did SYE this weekend and am now officially 1ton in the rear thanks to JBconversions and Jesse at HAD. Does anyone know what degree angle shim is used on a 6inch leaf spring? Mine is skyjacker, I figuered they used certain angle shims for 4 and 6 inch springs if I'm wrong and it just depends let me know. Reason why I ask is right now my pinion is not in line with cv shaft within 2 or 3 degrees but is pretty close, so i figured I would change out my shim verses the hassle and cost of moving n replacing spring perches. Also I dont feel any vibe at all speeds right now, is it really that critical to have pinion angle within a couple degrees. I assume if I dont feel vibe I should be cool n worst case scenario is ujoint wear. Ok, any n all feedback appreciated.
