if i want to convert to a slip yoke eliminator do i use dodge or ford np 208 and what else do i need to do besides changing the rear drive shaft
i know i have to make one out of the 2 of them but i have a chance to buy the dodge 208 for 175 shipped

If I remember right, I think there's still some machine work (or something like that) to make them go together as a hybrid.

Is the Tom Wood's SYE that expensive? I thought I remember seeing it packaged with a shaft for a reasonable price.

570 bucks with a driveshaft included is a pretty good deal to me. You can even get a longer slip if needed...
