I put the 14 bolt with 4.56's and Eaton E-Lockers in last fall, and I already did a shackle flip. Currently I have the rear pinion shimmed down 8* to match the transfer case output. Anyhow, it's time for a SYE. The case appears to have been rebuilt (it's been painted) but I've only had the Blazer for 3 years so I don't know. Should I just go ahead and buy a rebuild kit and a chain? Right now I'm looking at the SYE and yoke from ORD.....

Putting flange front and rear on my 241 and using Ford F350 front shafts front and rear after install and shaft resized.

OK, I ordered SYE with 1350 flat flange, rebuild kit, and chain from J&B, and I ordered a 1350 pinion yoke for the 14BSF because I had swapped the yoke off of my 10 bolt onto it. I think all I'll need is the driveshaft, which I'll get from Tom Woods as soon as I can measure for it.

look here for current shaft info https://ck5.com/forums/threads/ford-super-duty-drive-shaft.336467/

what flange did you get ? link or info about it . seems most common is 2" pilot for the ford shaft .

Same Flange (kit) I have and I am using their flange for the 205 on the front output.

I'm waiting (and waiting) for a call back from ORD....Their SYE says it'll fit standard 205 style 32 spline yokes, but they need to be shortened 1/4". I'm going to use a flange. ORD sells flanges. It's unclear whether their flanges are a bolt on, or do they also need to be shortened to fit their SYE. Anyone know?

Oh, JB Conversions is closed for Mardi Gras and won't ship for another week. I wish they'd have put up a notice on their website. I cancelled my order with them

You set on an SYE or will a simple CV shaft work for you?
Sounds like your goal is really to just rotate the axle back up.

Just got off the phone with ORD. They will shorten the flanges they carry for 15 bucks. Save me a trip to the lathe.

My goal is a slip yoke eliminator and double cardan drive shaft.
