I have a synchronized 205 with a busted front output shaft bearing retainer. A bearing retainer from a "normal" 205 will not work. The bearing is smaller in the synchronized retainer and also has a port for lubrication.

I have a couple of pics to better describe what I need. The pic with the red arrow shows the port that is an indicator of the retainer that I need. The other pic is of a regular retainer. If you have one please post up or PM me and let me know what you want for it.

Thanks,
Tim

I've got a whole t-case (the one in the pic). :D

Yeah, I knew those were your pics. I stole them from Pirate. I will give ya $25 for the entire case:wink1:.

Dang baby, you've hurt my feelings. Come on... $150, it's 32 spline. :D

Between TARussell and I we have 2. One 32 spline (mine) & one 10 spline (his).

Sounds like you need some extra parts:D.

I converted a synchronized 205 to 32 spline (front output) and would really like to find the bearing support so I would have a complete setup. This was a case that I bought a couple years ago, and it was a surprise when I opened it up and it was synchronized. I had to come up with a shift rail, shift fork, all of the gears and output shaft. It was a learning experience.

So the final product is half syncro'd and half regular forks? I wanted to use my syncro'd 205 in my Doubler w/ a 32 spline front output.

Only the front output is synchronized. The other shift fork and rail is like any other 205. I may be wrong, but I don't think you can have a synchronized 32 spline. The synchronized gears will not work on a 32 spline shaft. Everything is different and will not interchange.
